The Witches Brew

I was kegging tonight and ran out of CO2, will I be okay just leaving it 'as is' until 7:30 am when I can get a refill?
Or do I need to prime the keg this evening?
I didn't get more than 2-3 lbs of pressure in the keg.

I was able to get a refill first thing Wednesday morning. So far so good, it doesn't appear to have taken on any negative qualities.
